Resume

SUMMARY

My annual goal is $3.3 million in sales. I have achieved my goal for the last 7 years. I strive to sell one or two luxury homes each year, and have maintained that goal for the last 5 years. Referrals are a significant part of my business, including around 25% to 35% of my annual sales - working with other Realtors, or referred by past customers. For 2009 my referrals accounted for about $2.3 Million in sales and my portion was $1.4 million. I sold a home in Muskogee, one in Los Angeles, and a very nice $1.5 million Grand Lake waterfront home to name a few.
